Phelan Development plans to open the two buildings of more than 284,000 square feet combined by this fall, said regional partner David Haugen.
Phelan Development and Clarion Partners will deliver 489,700 square feet of speculative development in spring of 2023 at 138 Logistics Center located in Portland’s NE Airport Way submarket.
