We recently completed a 22-acre trailer yard to support the adjacent Micheals Distribution Center. This entailed the demolition of several buildings and manufacturing infrastructure of the old Holly Sugar plant in North Tracy, California. Once demo was complete we paved, lighted and fenced the property complete with drainage facilities and a data building to communicate with the fully automated DC.
